Cumberland & Southern Maine
Rhonda Lee has been selling, staging, and decorating homes across southern Maine since 2004.
What Rhonda does
Most people find Rhonda for one of these and come back for another. A house she decorates in one chapter is often a house she sells in the next.
Representation for buyers and sellers as an Associate Broker with Plowman Realty Group. A Cumberland native, Rhonda serves her hometown, Greater Portland, the Lakes Region, and southern Maine — twenty-two years of knowing what a house is worth, and what it needs first.
Staged homes tend to sell faster, and for more. Furniture, styling, and the specific changes that help a buyer picture themselves in the space — and help a listing photograph well before anyone walks through the door.
Interior decorating for homes, short-term rentals, and commercial spaces. For new builds and renovations, Rhonda also consults on fixtures and finishes — while the choices are still open.
Before & after
A bedroom in Falmouth, mid-project and finished. Nothing structural changed — the room just got battens, light in the right places, and something to look at.

Every house asks for something different. These are close together on the map and nowhere near each other in feeling — which is the point.

About
Rhonda Lee has spent over two decades learning what makes a house sell — and what makes one worth coming home to.
She's been licensed in Maine since 2004, and she's been staging and decorating even longer. That combination is rarer than it sounds. Most agents hand staging off to someone else. Most decorators have never worked a transaction.
Doing both means Rhonda can walk into a home and tell you two things at once: what it's worth, and how to present it to get there.
She works throughout Greater Portland and southern Maine, with a particular love for Cumberland — her hometown, and the one she knows house by house.
